Hong Kong Day 2

I set the alarm for 8.30am but I woke up at 8am. LOLOL. Typical body la... anyways I went straight to shower and get myself ready for the day! Changed into my usual sports attire cause I know I'll be sweating a lot today-and I was right. I didn't just sweat, it rained too! I get to experience Hong Kong's rain! HAHA.

The first thing I did was to find that "char chaan teng" I saw on google last night, called Mido Cafe. The only thing I know about the cafe is that it's in 63 Temple Street. So smart of me to be adventurous that I didn't use waze to go there. I walked all the way to the other end of Temple Street to finally realise that I was going the wrong way.... Sweat the hell out of me early in the morning. I gave up and used waze in the end. LOL.

I was catcalled in the middle of searching for that cafe.

Luncheon Meat & Egg sandwich cause no other vegetarian options & a cup of iced lemon tea. Both for HKD46.

Continued my journey to the ferry pier. Decided to take the ferry from TST to CENTRAL instead of the usual subway cause meh subway's too usual. HAHA. & from central I walked to the bus station to take the bus up to the peak. It was "meh" too but not as "meh" as taking the subway.

Tons and tons of rude incident happened to me today. I prayed that I won't get to experience them but NOOOO I'VE ALREADY EXPERIENCED THEM ENOUGH..... I don't want to tell you guys here what happened but yes you'll definitely experience them if you're here. I was being damn bloody hell polite saying thank you all and excuse me and em goi sai but oh wells whatever, guess HK people just won't appreciate Msia's politeness.

Oh wait back to the topic. I took the no.15 bus from central bus terminal to the peak. Wa it was helluva journey man. It took damn long to reach there. I didn't look at the time but it was quite a distance. Plus it was raining cats and dogs too.

After spending my time and lunch-for about HKD38 at the peak, I took the no.1 green minibus back down central MTR. This was super fast. The distance wasn't that long and the bus driver like some kind of F1 DRIVER sia. Hon every single time once the traffic light turns green. Don't even give the drivers in front of him a chance to switch gear. LOLOL. Luckily Malaysian drivers not like him, if not I sure KO.

Tara called. She arrived with her family. Brought them to the Mido Cafe and I had Red bean ice for HKD30. Their red beans are quite different from the ones in Malaysia. Theirs quite hard, need to chew for maybe two seconds longer. HAHA. Went back before 3pm because the lift at the hotel is going to be under some kind of daily maintenance so I had to rush back by 3pm and showered and yeah took some rest. Left the hotel again at 6.30pm for my Ding Ding tram! It wasn't the best decision ever but gah came all the way to Hong Kong so why not give it a shot. The experience was legitimately indescribable because at 7pm, Central was damn packed! Flooded with humans-worst than tsunami. I'm not exaggerating though, even the tram was damn packed. Had to stand for quite awhile to finally get a seat. I didn't know where I was headed to actually, it was totally unplanned. I took the map with me and just walked as I go.

Err I had to rush to TST by 8pm to watch the Symphony of Light. Nothing much to see tbh. Met tara and her fam-bam over there and we went Shum shui po right after. Took a stroll down Apliu street by 9pm and everything was closing. And yes nothing much to see either. Had dinner over at some random restaurant, worst food ever tasted but meh for the experience's sake. I had too bloody much food these few days, gonna starve myself to death when I got home. CAN'T WAIT TO WEIGH MYSELF SERIOUSLY! Give me one week! I promise you I will lose back all the weight-I don't care how suffering it's gonna be.

Reloaded HKD100 into my octopus card. Cannot believe how much I've used man... It's only the second day and HKD100 have magically gone.

Reached temple street by 10pm and decided to try the fortune telling. It was actually DAMN accurate, asked about love and work. FML... Oh btw it was HKD100.

(HKD)
46 The breakfast
38 Lunch
