Hi earthlings. I think I gained weights again.... I'm trying so hard to lose weight so so so hard but I failed again and again and again. Sigh. But here I am, not gonna give up and I'm going to tell you the way I eat these few weeks. Started to eat clean since I can barely remember but I have been eating clean continuously and consistently this whole week, like super clean. HAHA. I kind of took pictures of the food and I'm going to make a food diary! Just in case I fall out of track ;)

On Day 7, It was my birthday eve. I had to go out to have my "cheat" meal. HEH. And so there goes my Day 8 and 4km of jogging/running/torturing-myself on the treadmill. Day 8 was my birthday and see what I had on my birthday. WTH right? My life is so boring. That too, explains why I am still single :')
Oh. So here's how I normally spend my day. I wake up around 7am. Have my breakfast. Change into my sports attire. Abs workout. Gym, jog 3km on treadmill, some other weight workouts. Home for lunch. Shower. Nap. And the rest is random. So yeahhhh. How i spend my everyday life. Sad? Mehh I'm loving it actually (NOT). I don't really understand why I'm doing all these. It's kinda torturing and tiring. I know... I am supposed to love it, live in and enjoy it but I don't... Oh wellsss.
